This is an excellent video by John Moore from Brand Autopsy
He shares his 5 rules for big companies to act small. I particularly liked his quote ‘Get big, by acting smaller’ - hence the jumbo shrimp marketing.
His five rules are:
1) Be the best, not the biggest
2) Love your business
3) Passion attracts passion
4) Treat employees as [...]

This is a short movie film I just created. You probably had to be there to think it’s funny, but it cracks me up every time I watch it!
